To access us you must be homeless, 18+ and resident in Shepway
If you have a tenancy agreement you must return to this and seek support from other agencies.
If you are homeless, you need to go through the referral process with a linked agency or project worker who will contact us on 01303 850 733, or visit us at the Folkestone Rainbow Centre between 10.00 am and 4.00pm Monday-Friday.

These people will ask you some questions and a form will be filled in. We will then do our best to help you. We need to do background checks to ensure safety for all concerned. For everybody's safety we need to have some ground rules - you will be asked to read these and sign to say you understand these.

Please do not just turn up to the shelter - you will not gain entry. Please do not turn up before 7:30pm - if you have been referred you will have a bed.
